Matters of:
1) A small amount of oil should be injected into the pump from the pump oil hole before sealing and lubrication. It should also check the rotation direction of the pump and the connection of each part, and open all valves on the discharge line. If there is a return valve, it is best to open the return valve when starting.
2) Whether the reading of the force meter and the electricity meter is normal, and pay attention to whether the sound of the pump is normal, whether the pump is hot, etc. In case of abnormal phenomenon, the pump should be stopped immediately to find out the cause and be excluded. Do not allow discharge line valves to be closed during operation.
3) When it is necessary to stop, stop the pump when the valve is open or keep working, and never allow the discharge valve to stop the pump.
4) The flow rate of the screw pump is generally adjusted by the return pipe, and the speed of the pump can also be changed, but the speed of the pump can only be lower than the speed of normal operation, and can not be arbitrarily increased.
5) The working pressure of the pump can be adjusted by adjusting the tightness of the safety valve spring.
