Working principle of energy-saving water supply equipment:

Automatically adjust the number of running water pumps and the speed of one water pump based on changes in user water consumption, keeping the outlet pressure of the water pump constant. When the user's water consumption is less than the output of one water pump, the control system adjusts the operation of one water pump through frequency conversion according to changes in water consumption.

 

When the water consumption increases, the pressure inside the pipeline system decreases. At this time, the pressure sensor transmits the detected signal to the microcomputer control unit. Through the microcomputer operation judgment, it sends instructions to the frequency converter to control the water pump motor and accelerate the speed to ensure a constant system pressure.

 

On the contrary, when the water consumption decreases, the speed of the water pump is slowed down to maintain a constant pressure. When the water consumption exceeds the output of one pump, the first pump switches to power frequency operation, and the second pump starts variable frequency adjustment operation. When the water consumption exceeds the output of two pumps, one or two pumps will automatically stop running. Throughout the entire operation process, the system constant pressure is maintained to keep the water pump working in the high-efficiency zone, ensuring constant pressure water supply for users and saving electricity.
